Anna is a registered Clinical Psychologist who has experience working with people across the lifespan in public and community settings.

Anna’s areas of interest include Anxiety, phobias, Depression, mood disorders, difficulties with stress & coping, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, self-identity, and emotion regulation difficulties.

Anna’s approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and non-judgemental. Utilising curiosity, respect, and compassion, she hopes to create a safe space for clients to explore themselves and their experiences, address their difficulties, develop alternative and helpful coping strategies, and build a fulfilling life.
