Zee has a particular interest in working with trauma, complex trauma, relationship and attachment difficulties, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, identity exploration, sexual health and wellbeing, and personal growth. She welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds.
Additionally, Zee’s background as a trauma informed yoga and meditation teacher has also fostered a strong appreciation for the connection between mind and body, and she enjoys integrating this understanding into therapy where appropriate and relevant to clients.
